Welcome to Calibration Health, LLC (DBA “Calibration Health”). By using our website, products, or services — including mobile apps, tools, or software provided by us — you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

General Use

By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to act on behalf of your business, and agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to abuse, duplicate, hack, or interfere with our website or tools. You’re responsible for ensuring your business complies with all laws that apply to advertising, privacy, and communication (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any telemarketing rules).

If you use our services to send messages (email, SMS, etc.), you agree to:

•Only message contacts who have clearly opted in.

•Provide an opt-out method (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

•Respect all applicable laws related to consent and privacy.

You agree not to upload or collect sensitive data like SSNs, credit card numbers, or health info through our platform.

MobileMessaging (SMS/MMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us:

•You will receive no more than 1 message per week, unless otherwise specified at the point of opt-in.

•Message and data rates may apply.

•You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” For help, reply “HELP” or contact us at [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (like customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your phone number and opt-in must be provided voluntarily (via an unchecked checkbox).

Disputes & Arbitration

Any dispute between you and Calibration Health LLC will be handled through binding arbitration in Missouri.. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Claims must be brought individually and within one year of the issue arising.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
